your Rosen entertainment product clearly outlines
the coverage you are entitled to, including any
exclusions or limitations of coverage. Another
key topic which you may or may not be aware of
has to do with your consumer rights relative to
the use of aftermarket products on your vehicle.
Per Federal legislation you cannot be denied warranty
coverage by any vehicle manufacturer or dealer
simply because you have installed aftermarket
products on your vehicle. The following links
provide more detail concerning your rights under
both the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C.
2302 (C)) and the Clean Air Warranty Provisions
(42 U.S.C. S 7541 (C) (3) (B)):
Rosen Warranties
Each product is shipped with a warranty card,
either a separate card or one that is printed
inside the Owners Manual, that you should have
received at the time of purchase. All products
have specified warranty limits and are non-transferable.
If you did not receive a warranty card or Owners
Manual and would like to verify your coverage,
please email us at info@rosenentertainment.com
and include the following information:
• Your complete name
• Product model number
• Serial number of unit

FOR
IN-WARRANTY REPAIRS
All products still covered
by one of the Rosen Limited
Warranties should be taken to
the original installing or selling
dealer. They will be able to
diagnose the issue and possibly
fix it while you wait. If your
system requires warranty repair
your Rosen Authorized Dealer
will be able to order a replacement
part and should receive it within
5 working days or less. At that
time they will be able to arrange
a convenient time to exchange
the unit in your vehicle.
If you do not have a Rosen
Authorized Dealer in your area
you will need to carefully remove
the unit from your vehicle,
package it to protect the unit
from further damage, complete
the form available from the
link below and send to Rosen.
If there is no customer damage
and the unit is still under
warranty you should receive
your unit back within 6-8 weeks
from date of receipt at Rosen.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
All products not covered under
warranty should be taken to
the original installing or selling
dealer. They will be able to
diagnose the issue and possibly
fix it while you wait. If your
system requires repair your
Rosen Authorized Dealer will
be able to remove the unit so
you can ship it back to Rosen,
a fee will be charged by the
dealer for removal and installation
labor.
If you do not have a Rosen
Authorized Dealer in your area
you will need to carefully remove
the unit from your vehicle and
package it to protect the unit
from further damage. In either
case you will need to complete
the form available from the
link below and include it with
your shipment. Once Rosen receives
the unit back we will contact
you via email with the repair
costs for your written approval.
At that point your credit card
will be charged. You should
receive your unit back within
6-8 weeks from date of receipt
at Rosen.
